A beautiful family home built in 2023, perfect for friends and families to come together and enjoy a stylish base just on the edge of the Peak District. Ideal for walkers, cyclists or just those with a love of pretty villages and historic homes, there are two pubs in the village and a local microbrewery less than a mile away, reached via the beautiful Lumsdale Falls. Matlock and Matlock Bath are two miles away with its dramatic limestone cliffs is close by. Lovers' Walks, a short, flat path near the Derwent River can be enjoyed here or a cable car can be taken to the Heights of Abraham. Cromford, with its rich history and beautiful walks, including along the canal where Richard Arkwright had one of his revolutionary mills, is 4 miles away. The grand Chatsworth House is just over 11 miles away and Bakewell is a similar distance. Stepping into the hallway, find plenty of space to store coats and boots before heading through to the kitchen/diner with room to sit 8 guests, a breakfast bar and patio doors leading outside. The utility room offers useful space to store your favourite food and drink, with a handy downstairs WC nearby. The tastefully furnished lounge is a relaxing space to put your feet up, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. On the first floor are four good size bedrooms with the choice of two bathrooms. The enclosed landscaped garden benefits from a hot tub, BBQ and a patio area with seating. It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy being outside with good company.
