Located in the historic town of Winchelsea, the property is within 0.1 miles of the local pub, shop and medieval church. Keen walkers can explore the abundance of footpaths that meander across the rolling Sussex countryside with many offering a local pit stop at quaint village pubs for a spot of refreshment. Explore the nearby Rye Harbour Nature Reserve (4 miles) a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts, or take a leisurely walk along the breath taking Winchelsea Beach, with its gentle shelving beach and ancient petrified forest which is visible at low tide. Enjoy a trip to the nearby market town of Rye (3 miles) which boasts many independent shops and restaurants, the perfect place for whiling away an afternoon exploring the antique shops or enjoying an afternoon tea. For those who want to explore further afield take a trip to nearby Great Dixter Gardens (11 miles) Bodiam Castle (16 miles) or head to Camber Sands (6 miles) to enjoy 7 miles of unspoilt sandy beach. The front door leads through into a welcoming hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading into the cosy lounge. Heading upstairs there are three bedrooms to choose from, two king size bedrooms and a twin room (which can be made into a double bed on request). There is also a family bathroom. Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with various seating areas to enjoy the sunshine all day, a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco dining and a charcoal BBQ.
