Families will love visiting the nearby Farmer Parr's Animal World (8 miles), where they can interact with farm animals and explore the museum. For a day at the beach, the fantastic Lancashire coastline is only 6 miles away where you can indulge in the many attractions in the popular town on Blackpool (8 miles), or enjoy a more peaceful day in the pretty town of Lytham (16 miles). The stunning Forest of Bowland AONB and Lake District National Park can also both be reached within 50 miles. As you step into this spacious home from home, prepare to be enchanted by its timeless charm and character. The journey begins in the welcoming hallway, where you pass through to the heart of the home; the expansive farmhouse kitchen/diner. Here, the aroma of home cooked meals fills the air as you gather around the table with your loved ones. Next is the inviting lounge, where a wood burner takes center stage, exuding a cosy ambiance that invites you to unwind and relax. Sink into the plush sofas, curl up with a good book, or enjoy quality time with the family, enveloped in the comforting warmth of the crackling fire. Heading back out into the entrance hall, you will find a handy utility room, providing a space for laundry and additional storage. Meanwhile, a convenient WC ensures that everyone's needs are met without compromising comfort. For moments of quiet retreat or intimate conversations, there is also a cosy snug. As you ascend the stairs, the promise of restful nights awaits in the three good sized bedrooms. The first bedroom delights with a super king size bed and an ensuite shower room whilst the second bedroom beckons with a luxurious king size bed, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation. The third bedroom is a comfortable double. Completing the upper level is a beautiful family bathroom featuring a charming roll top bath and a refreshing shower. Sink into the indulgent bubbles of the bath and relax after a fun filled day exploring the local area. Heading outside to the fantastic garden area, you will find a vast green lawn that offers an ideal playground for children and furry friends alike. Unwind on the patio, furnished with comfortable seating and a barbecue, where you can savour al fresco dining with loved ones in the summer sun.

Large enclosed garden with patio area and furniture please be mindful of dogs as chickens are roaming within the grounds of the property. The owners kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead outside the cottage and also that guests refrain from allowing dogs upstairs and on any of the furniture as well as not leaving unoccupied dogs in the property.
