Embark on a 5 mile journey North to explore the ancient Rufus Stone, a fascinating relic from medieval times shrouded in royal legends. Nature lovers can relish the scenic beauty of Burley Beacon, a heathland haven, only 2 miles away, or venture 4 miles North East to revel in the sprawling Picket Post, an enchanting woodland paradise. The New Forest's wonders unfold effortlessly from Burley, making it the perfect gateway to a world of captivating experiences. Continuing their journey, they discover a spacious lounge exuding comfort, where comfy sofas beckon for relaxation while a Smart TV promises entertainment galore. A practical boot room with underfloor heating stands en route to an inner hall with handy downstairs shower room which leads through into a captivating games room with Smart TV, PlayStation4 and arcade games machine (with two further single beds or one king size bed, if required), and just beyond, a cosy study featuring a sofa bed for guests seeking a ground floor slumber. Ascending to the first floor, the master bedroom welcomes with a super king size bed, a Juliette balcony boasting mesmerizing views, and an en suite adorned with a luxurious bath and shower. There are four further bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with a super king size and an en suite shower room. Ensuring little ones have a delightful stay, two snug kids' bedrooms await, each furnished with bunk beds (note that the top bunk has restricted headroom) ,and an additional single bed in each room. Stepping outside, the house boasts a delightful 0.5 acre garden reserved for the enjoyment of guests. Wander along the inviting paths to discover stone patios tucked away on one side of the house, perfect for the adults to unwind in the hot tub. Expansive lawns offer an array of possibilities, from fun filled games of croquet, football, and swing ball to carefree moments of giddy somersaults and cartwheels in the garden. Little ones will be delighted with pedal go karts, and a splash pool.
