Here, you'll discover an impressive array of boutique shops, welcoming pubs and restaurants, captivating historic sites, including St. Andrews Castle and Cathedral. For those seeking an active adventure, ascend the steps of the nearby St. Regulus Church tower, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the town. Entering this luxurious lodge, you will be greeted with a wonderful open plan, spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area offers an ideal space for relaxation, featuring comfortable sofas where you can unwind and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. On chilly evenings, cozy up in front of elegant electric fire after a day spent exploring the beautiful surroundings. The well equipped bespoke kitchen is perfect to cook up a storm while the stylish dining area is the perfect place to enjoy meals with family and friends, enjoying gorgeous views over the open countryside. Leading back through the hallway, you are met with the delightful main bedroom with super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request), a Smart TV and modern en suite shower and WC. The second stylish bedroom also has a super king size zip and link bed (which can also be made into a twin on request) and Smart TV. Off the hallway, you will also find a beautiful bathroom with a free standing bath, a walk in double shower and WC and a utility area with plenty of space to hang coats and store outdoor footwear. Heading outside, you will step on to the spacious patio where you will find your private hot tub to relax. Enjoy al fresco dining with a seating area and BBQ or just sit peacefully, perhaps with a good local ale or a nice glass of wine. You can also walk around the fields and say hello to the resident Shetland ponies

Electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and Tassimo coffee machine. Welcome pack provided and additional extras can be arranged directly with owner including wine/champagne/prosecco and chocolates at an additional cost. Smart TV with Netflix in the lounge and bedrooms. Rear patio & garden with outdoor seating and gas BBQ. Hot tub with bathrobes provided. Parking for two cars. Welcoming short breaks with arrival days on Monday's and Friday's. Pub, shop and restaurant within 0.5 miles. Duke Lodge is located next to Eden Lodge.
