Nestled in a scenic valley between the natural beauty of Powerstock Common and the majestic Eggardon Hill, this homely cottage serves as an ideal starting point for many walking and cycling routes, allowing you to fully appreciate this area of outstanding natural beauty. Within a mere 500 metres, you'll find two inviting pubs, while the ever popular coastline is just 5 miles away. Additionally, there is easy access to numerous popular attractions, including dramatic West Bay, the South West Coast Path, and the vibrant town of Bridport, known for its bustling market and vintage shops. Why not visit pretty Lyme Regis too, where you can marvel at the historic Cobb harbour or wander around the galleries? From the laneside parking area, steps lead to the front door, which opens into a welcoming hallway. Immediately to your right is a cosy lounge/diner with Smart TV and open fire. Just next door is the country style kitchen, which leads to a light and bright sunroom overlooking the pretty garden. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A flight of stairs leads up to the first floor, where you will find the inviting bedrooms, both are spacious and have views over the surrounding countryside. Heading outside from the sunroom you will find the spacious, enclosed garden with a terrace and lawn, which are accessed via three steps. Ideally positioned behind the cottage, it s the perfect space to enjoy a meal, or perhaps drinks in the evening.
