Only 1 mile away is the pretty Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe where you can stroll around the working harbour or take a boat trip be sure to finish the day off with Britain's favourite dish, paper wrapped fish and chips, and watch the sun setting from the beach. Enjoy a visit to Woolacombe (4 miles) and explore its 3 miles of golden sand which is a huge draw for swimmers and surfers. Then take a stroll around the town s shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. As you step into this delightful property, leave your sandy shoes and muddy boots in the hallway. Step into the comfortable lounge/dining room, relax on the comfy sofas in front of the warming wood burner, and enjoy a movie night in with your family, using the Smart TV. The patio doors lead onto a decked area; throw them open on a warm evening to enjoy pre dinner drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up those favourite recipes, and completing the ground floor is a utility room with a WC. Take the stairs to the three bedrooms on the first floor: two super king size bedrooms and a twin room. The family bathroom is also up here and has a shower over the bath and a WC.
