This marvellous end terrace property is set in a stunning location, on the shores of one of the most beautiful sea lochs on the West Coast of Scotland. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier and enjoy the picturesque views of the surrounding landscapes and waterfront. If you have access to a small boat, make use of the private mooring or enjoy fishing, kayaking or paddleboarding. Explore nearby villages, towns, and historical sites. Oban (15 miles), for example, is known for its distillery, seafood, and the McCaig's Tower. Kilmartin Museum is based in the middle of over 800 archaeological sites, many of which you can visit, including standing stones, stone circles, and rock art. Sometimes, the best thing to do is simply relax. Enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings, read a book, or have a picnic by the water. Entering this stylish property into the hall, head upstairs to the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The delightful and welcoming lounge features a comfortable sofas where you can unwind and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. On chilly evenings, cosy up in front of the wood burner after a day spent exploring the beautiful surroundings. Cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen and enjoy a family meal in the comfortable dining area, on a sunny day open the patio doors leading out to the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee and admire the spectacular waterside and countryside views. On the ground floor, you will find the family shower room and three light and bright bedrooms, one double with an en suite bathroom, one small double (120cm bed) and one single along with a pull out trundle bed if required. Stepping outside into the communal grounds there is ample space with seating areas to soak up the views, have a picnic or stroll along the edge of the shoreline.
