Powys Castle and Gardens (10 miles) and the Montgomery Canal are just a short drive away and the Snowdonia National Park (29 miles) is also within easy reach. This magnificent complex boasts two spacious properties nestled within a stunning private courtyard. The first of the two lodges is a unique property that can accommodate 16 guests across eight bedrooms, each boasting its own individual en suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This characterful lodge offers a spacious open plan layout, perfect for hosting hospitality events, with large tables and a sitting area centred on an open fire. There is a covered outside hideout area, ideal for celebrating or enjoying a family BBQ while overlooking the garden and hot tub. You have a choice of eight bedrooms, all equipped with TVs: two king size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms featuring roll top baths and showers; two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms featuring showers; one twin bedroom with an en suite shower room; and one small double bedroom with an en suite shower room. On the ground floor, there is an additional king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower, as well as a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower. The second lodge, is a truly remarkable and luxurious retreat that offers both privacy and versatility. With two separate entrances, it is perfect for group getaways where individuals can enjoy their own space while still being together. One of the standout features of this lodge is its internal spa area, complete with a plunge hot tub and a walk in sauna. Additionally, there is an upstairs treatment room, allowing guests to indulge in some well deserved pampering. The heart of this holiday home is the spacious open plan central area. The estate occupies two properties set over a courtyard with central fountain. Sleeping 32 across two properties. Staniforth Lodge 8 Bedrooms with en suites (3 ground floor bedrooms). Sessile Lodge 8 Bedrooms with en suites (2 ground floor bedrooms). Across the estate there are three kitchens. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Ample private off road parking available with EV charging point (additional payment required). Two private patio areas with 2 exclusive Hot tubs. One internal hot tub with sauna room and mezzanine treatment area. Games facilities. Pub and shop within walking distance. Bike storage available. Smart TV in lounges and TVs in all bedrooms. Charcoal BBQ available. Chef available, to be booked with the owner. Hospitality packages available. Property can accept up to 6 dogs upon agreement with owner.
