This deceptively spacious property sits beside the riverbank and boasts views of the River Parrett and the Somerset Levels. It is a little oasis of calm and tranquillity tucked away in the small village of Stathe, with the National Cycle Network and the River Parrett Trail running directly through the village. It is conveniently located from the riverside town of Langport (3.5 miles) and the larger towns of Yeovil (17 miles) and Taunton (12 miles). Make the most of this great location and venture to both the north and south coast, including visits to Burnham on Sea (20 miles) or venture further south to the renowned Jurassic Coast. Attractions include Muchelney Abbey (6 miles), Barrington Court (9 miles), Montacute House (15 miles), Fleet Air Arm Museum (13.5 miles), Glastonbury (14 miles), Haynes Motor Museum (16.5 miles), Wells (20 miles), Cheddar (21 miles) and discount shopping at Clarks Village (12 miles). This ground floor apartment is an immaculate conversion of a traditional stone barn. The patio and lawned garden are enclosed, but please note the riverbank with the flowing River Parrett is unfenced, therefore children and pets should be supervised at all times. To the front of the property is a smaller seating area with a raised unfenced fishpond.
