The village centre is just over a quarter of a mile away, where there are lots of restaurants, pubs, butchers, bakers, fresh veg and groceries stores and cycle hire. An Escape Room experience (0.3 miles) is a great treat for all the family to enjoy. Explore Lyme Park, (2 miles), a stunning National Trust property offering acres of beautiful gardens, woodlands, and a grand mansion. Explore Middlewood Way, (8.5 miles), a scenic trail following the route of an old railway line, offering beautiful views of the countryside, perfect for walking, cycling, or horse riding. Walk across the road to Disley Golf Course and enjoy a round of golf and a drink in the friendly Clubhouse. An exceptional holiday home to create memories of those special moments. The views are stunning, with the coffee table being perfectly placed so you can make the most of the wonderful vistas. A separate dining room is perfect for eating together, especially for those times when you want the entire party to enjoy a celebration meal. There are plenty of spaces to relax, with two lounges the main lounge offering a Smart TV and a wood burner for those cosy ambient evenings, and a Garden Room with more casual seating and a TV, great for a party that wants to enjoy separate activities. There is a games room complete with a pool table and lots of board games, allowing entertainment whatever the weather. Quiet spaces, such as the Library Hall, have been provided so that you can read and take time to retreat in peace with your favourite book. Upstairs, there are six beautiful bedrooms offering plenty of space and wonderful views from every window. There are three luxury wet room/bathrooms, all with showers with body jets, and a family bathroom with a bath for those evening soaks. Outside, you can make the most of the glorious views, stunning lawns and beautiful spaces. In the enclosed, private, walled garden there is a sun lounger patio and to the rear of the property overlooking the hills there is a hot tub for the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. Outside seating and twin BBQs mean that al fresco dining can be enjoyed, and there are spaces for the family to play lawn games together.

Garden Room with sofa, 2 seats and TV. Enclosed garden with hot tub, patio, seating area and lawns. Please bring own towels for hot tub use. 2 brick built charcoal BBQs, please provide own charcoal. Bike storage available. Private parking for 3 cars, accessed via private road with speed bumps no parking on the road. Restaurant, pub and shop 0.3 miles. Please note, Ring doorbell and car park CCTV in use at property. Please note, the owners live in an annexe to the main house, entirely private and self contained, accessed from the same shared courtyard parking area. Sorry, no cats.
