This charming semi detached retreat is nestled in a serene rural setting, encompassed by 24 acres of picturesque woodlands in the Exe Valley. Situated a mere 3 miles from the historic charter town of Bampton, residents have convenient access to a variety of pubs, bistros, and shops, along with the intriguing Norman motte offering panoramic views of the town and its surroundings. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Exmoor National Park, only 6 miles from the property, providing extensive walking trails and cycling routes extending into neighbouring Somerset and towards the coastline. Enjoy walking, cycling and water sports at beautiful Wimbleball Lake, just 10 miles away. Step inside, straight into the open and welcoming kitchen/diner/lounge of this enchanting property with eco credentials it s served by solar panels and the cottage s water supply comes from a local spring. Guests are also able to explore the farm s 24 acres of land, and pay a visit to the resident pigs and chickens.
