Practically, the home’s interior space works just as beautifully creating areas to come together in as well as room to be apart, with a convivial open plan layout incorporating the home’s huge living room with luxury seating and entertainment system, contemporary kitchen and large, spacious dining area. Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £300 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Please note that the parking area of the property is monitored by CCTV, this does not cover the internal area of the property.
No smoking or barbecues allowed in or around the property.
Pets: 1 pet allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £35 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
