Set on the outskirts of the village and within a short distance of Porth Beach, this gorgeous one-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to unwind after days spent exploring the beaches and attractions in the area. With its own private balcony overlooking the sea and countryside, guests can enjoy drinks and dinners alfresco, and a large open plan living space means there’s plenty of light and airy room to kick back in together.
The apartment’s contemporary design is sleek and sophisticated, while its cool furnishings and comfy seating feel homely and inviting, and a small yet perfectly proportioned kitchen is well equipped to handle anything from a full English to hearty suppers. The master bedroom with its ensuite shower room, is just the place to enjoy an afternoon nap or a morning lie-in, and a window above the bed means you’ll be able to stargaze before drifting off for a deliciously comfortable night’s sleep.
Positioned between Watergate Bay and Newquay, Porth Beach is best-known for its safe swimming and family-friendly vibe. The beach is lifeguarded all year round and the shallows are perfect for tots and toddlers to splash around in. The long tidal drop reveals many beautiful rock pools and due to its position between two headlands it is very sheltered. Across the road from the beach is Roo's Beach Hut where visitors can stock up on fishing nets, buckets and sun cream while on the opposite side of the car park is Café Coast for cream teas and ice cream in the sunshine.
For guests hoping to take to the waves, the renowned surfing beach at Watergate Bay is a five-ish minute drive to the north, and the famous Fistral Beach is about 10 minutes in the opposite direction. Newquay’s other beaches including Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Great Western are also within easy reach as are the town’s various restaurants, surf shops and spa.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
1 pet accepted: Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation
