Overlooking the fabulous Crantock Beach and within easy reach of Newquay, Beachview is exceptionally well placed for guests to enjoy all that this beautiful slice of the Cornish coast has to offer. Step inside to discover a contemporary open-plan living area with a big, L-shaped sofa where you can unwind in complete comfort. Sliding doors extend your entertainment area outside to a large, covered balcony for that all important indoor/outdoor living. Here you can relax in the fresh air or enjoy alfresco dining no matter the weather – all while taking in the incredible views over the beach and sea.

Two lovely bedrooms, including a master ensuite, provide ample accommodation for up to four guests, and during the cooler seasons, underfloor heating keeps the apartment warm and toasty. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped for you to prepare delicious meals with ease, and you’ll find a good range of appliances, cookware, utensils, and crockery. Of course, if you’d prefer to eat out there are many terrific options for you to choose from both in Crantock itself, and in Newquay.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the beach and Gannel Estuary are just a short walk away and offer a range of activities, from surfing and kayaking to simply relaxing on the sand. Additionally, Beachview has its own fantastic outdoor space, with a large shared garden perfect for picnics, games or enjoying the sunshine.

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
