There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside, you will find a larger decked area with table and chairs and a hot tub, as well as a lawn area and off-road parking. Bampton is a small town in Devon, set within a wooded valley on the banks of the River Batherm, close to the Exmoor National Park.
