There are two double bedrooms. Bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin, and a WC. Kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a living/dining room with TV, Freeview and DVD player. For entertainment there is also WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs available. Central heating with natural gas. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is available off-road for one vehicle. Rear lawned garden with seating and a BBQ. External boot room with cloakroom basin and WC. Lockable bike storage. One well-behaved pet is permitted. Sorry, no smoking allowed. 0.4 mile to the nearest shop and pub. 1.3 miles of beach. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. The owner requires a £125 Good Housekeeping Bond, which must be paid seven days prior to arrival. Two historic lighthouses stand on the Flamborough Head cliffs, with one of them being the UK's oldest established in 1674. The cliffs comprise an eight-mile section of Heritage coastline. As you head north of the settlement, you'll come across some of England's most spectacular 400-foot cliffs, which are home to an enormous seabird colony.
