It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a double with en-suite shower over bath, a double and a bunk bedroom, together sleeping six people (suitable for four adults and two children) and serviced by a family bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Aveton Gifford is a village resting at the head of the estuary of the River Avon in the South Hams area of the South Devon AONB, just 8.5 miles away from Salcombe. From here, you will find access to the Dartmoor National Park with opportunities for walking and cycling.
