It comes with two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an additional double bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area. Outside, you will find a private parking space for one car and a small balcony area. All-in-all, 28 Zenith is a spectacular accommodation for exploring this corner of Cornwall. Please note: the underground car park is closed for maintenance from 3 September until 14 October 2023. Nearby roadside parking will be available on Watergate Road or Trevelgue Road.

Resting on the outskirts of Newquay is this small village. Porth comes with a a shop, cafés, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach. Within close reach is the South West Coast Path, where you will find breath-taking scenery. Also close by is Waregate Baym where you will find rolling waves, surf schools, cafés and pubs, as well as the resort of Newquay with its zoo and aquarium.
