It houses four bedrooms comprising of a ground-floor twin, two king-size doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a king-size double bed. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburner, a conservatory, a utility and a games room/bar. To the outside, you will find ample off-road parking and a patio area with a hot tub. Cunliffe House is a superb retreat for a gathering to West Yorkshire.
Esholt is a small village resting between Shipley and Guiseley, in the district of the City of Bradford. The village was once used to film scenes for the soap opera 'Emmerdale' from 1976 to 1997. Within the town you will find The Woolpack which serves delicious drinks, food and a friendly atmosphere. Within close reach is the town of Shipley, situated near Bradford, with the River Aire running through.
