Church View has a kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a utility with dishwasher and washing machine, a sitting room with open fire and a dining room. The bedrooms include a king-size, double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking. This is a non-smoking property but two pets are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, stairgate and travel cot. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. Church View is a wonderful escape to Derbyshire. Note: No electric car charging. The eight thermal springs in Buxton have a constant temperature of 28 degrees centigrade, which is what first drew the Romans to the area. The beautiful semicircular Crescent, The Great Stable, Hall Bank, The Square, The Pavilion Gardens, and The Opera House were all conceived and constructed during the 18th and 19th centuries, though, under the patronage of succeeding Dukes of Devonshire. These spectacular structures and grounds, as well as the Opera House's full schedule and yearly festivals of music and the arts, are still enjoyed by visitors today. With rocky peaks to the north and mild slopes and dales to the south, the area is well-suited for walking. Bakewell, Ashford-in-the-Water, Castleton, and Edale are just a few of the charming towns and villages that can be found there. Visitors to this region must view the magnificent homes of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, both of which are accessible by car. excellent starting point for Peak District exploration.
