Royal Victoria House is a large mid-terrace Victorian house found in the coastal town of Scarborough, Yorkshire. Hosting seven bedrooms in total, three lie on the first floor; a king-size, a family with double and single with pull-out bed, and a single. Four bedrooms lie on the second floor; king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with vanity unit and en-suite WC, a double with en-suite shower room and finally a family room with double and single with en-suite shower room, altogether sleeping fifteen people. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with gas fire, a snug, a utility and off-road parking in the garage and in front of it to the back. A rear enclosed garden has lawn, patio, decking, seating and gas heater. Royal Victoria House is a fantastically large and grand property perfect to bring your family to.
Scarborough is a lively coastal town in Yorkshire, on the north-east coast of England. With the discovery of the natural spring from the cliffs was made known people flocked to Scarborough, becoming Britain's first seaside resort town. Nowadays it's popular as ever, with an abundance of activities to choose from, from Scarborough Castle, and Peasholm Park, to the miniature railway or the Alpamere Waterpark, as well as the gorgeous Scarborough beaches!
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
