The Chestnuts is a semi-detached property resting within the city of Peterborough. It comes with six bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size bedroom with a sofa bed and an en-suite walk-in shower, separate slipper bath, basin and WC, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, separate slipper bath, basin and WC, two super-king-size bedrooms (zip/link, can be made into twins on request), a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin, together sleeping 14 people. On the first floor, there is also a family bathroom, with a walk-in shower, freestanding bath, double basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen with woodburning stove, a dining room with gas fire, a sitting room with a gas fire, a cinema room, a conservatory and an external games/gym room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, a rear enclosed courtyard with table and chairs and fire pit, side garden with ample seating areas with outdoor kitchen area, lawn area with sunken trampoline, and decked area with sheltered hot tub. The Chestnuts is an outstanding retreat to explore the city and its surroundings.

Peterborough is a cathedral city in Cambridgeshire in the heart of rural east England, and shares borders with Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. The city is well-known for its 13th-century Cathedral, with its Gothic façade, as well as its countryside walks and nature reserves, catering to all tastes. City highlights include Burghley House, John Clare Cottage and Sacrewell Farm, as well as the historic watermill in the Country Centre. Within the city, you will also find a plethora of shops and a vast array of eateries, including floating restaurants down by the river.
