The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, a sitting area with TV, DVD player and gas fire, and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and two gravel patio areas, garden furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot and highchair available (request when booking). Fitted stairgate available. One well-behaved pet welcome with additional charge, must be kept downstairs.
