There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room and a snug, all of which are heated by gas central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst a washing machine is positioned in the utility. For entertainment purposes, there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. For little ones, a travel cot, stairgate and highchair are all available on request. Outside there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. This property welcomes one well behaved pet however smoking is not permitted. For your local conveniences, there is a shop, pub and beach all within 0.1 mile. Positioned just over the Scottish Border, in the delightful county of Berwickshire, rests the small fishing town of Eyemouth. Decorated in narrow, cobbled streets and steeped in original character, the town now plays home to a handful of local amenities, including a number of local fishmongers. There's plenty to see and do, with Gunsgreen House and Eyemouth Museum showcasing the history of the town, whilst golf courses, walking, cycling and hiking trails may appeal to the avid outdoor adventurer.
