Groes Heol is a remarkable converted farmhouse that can be found lying on the edge of Mallwyd, Wales. Consisting of a king-size bedroom, two doubles, a double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom, this cottage can sleep a total of ten guests. The first floor is complete with a shower room, whilst the ground floor is home to two further shower rooms, an open-plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with woodburning stove, a separate sitting room, a snug, a games room and a utility room. Outside discover ample off-road parking and both a front and back garden with outdoor storage. Groes Heol is a relaxing retreat to the Welsh countryside with the whole family. Note: Check-in is 4:30pm. Note: No smoking at the property. Note: Their is now trout in the pond behind the house which guests are welcome to fish between mid March- November, but guests will have to supply their own tackle. Note: Poor phone signal at the property but very good WiFi signal. PlayStation 4 also available.
