There are four bedrooms in the cottage sleeping eight guests, made up of a ground-floor twin, a king-size with an en-suite shower room and two king-size rooms, served by a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. The cottage is also home to a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Externally the cottage offers a front patio and a rear patio and lawn with furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Dereside is a wonderful holiday home for an escape with friends or family to Northumberland.
West Woodburn is a village sitting in the Rede Valley in Northumberland. Once a dominant resting point for travellers on route to Scotland from York in Roman times, the village now offers its visitors a pub, Post Office and a shop sat amongst the scenic River Rede.
