The bedrooms consist of a zip/link super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a zip/link twin, and there is a ground-floor bathroom with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. Outside, there is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rental price. This property does not permit smoking, however, pets are welcome. For all your local conveniences, there is a shop within 0.7 miles and a pub within 0.8 mile. A rural retreat to Yorkshire awaits at Rake Hey Farm. Note: There is a three-quarters of a mile farm track up to the property with a steepish winding section, This is not suitable for cars with low suspension or low body trim and low-powered cars with a lot of weight can sometimes struggle on the steep.
