It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor four-poster bed with en-suite bath, basin and WC and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people and served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a cloakroom with basin and WC and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking, a garden/patio area and shared access to two tennis courts. Honeysuckle is a stylish abode, that you and your loved ones will enjoy.
Situated in the High Weald AONB on the borders of Kent is the small village of Iden. Within the village, home to just 400 people, you will find pub, which serves food and real ale., a church, a riding school, a hairdressers and a village shop, where you can pick up a range of things. The town of Rye is slightly further afield and is home to more amenities, as well as ancient inns and a castle, which has a varied history with roles including defence, private home, prison, mortuary and now museum.
Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.
