The living areas in this ground-floor, duplex include a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine cooler, and a mezzanine sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin (which can be linked to a super king on request) along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a private patio with furniture, and designated parking for two cars, one to the rear and one within the parking zone. Within 0.2 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.4, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is available. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. All National Park attractions are accessible. Furness Coast has sandy beaches and birding. Visit the South Lakes Wild Animal Park, the Lakes Windermere and Coniston, and the famed Birkrigg Common, with its spectacular views across Morecambe Bay.
