Dining room with seating for four people, a sitting room with TV and open fire, conservatory with electric fire. Ground-floor double bedroom, ground-floor wet room plus another bathroom with bath. Small enclosed garden with patio and gravel. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Check in 4pm check out 12pm. Welcome pack included inc coffee tea Welsh caked,doggy treats/mat/bowl. One small well-behaved pet is welcome at this property. Off-road parking for one car in a lay-by just a short walk away from the property and allowing easy transport access to Rhosneigor and Aberssrau Dunes. Due to the age of the property, there are internal steps, please take care and the stairs leading up to the first floor are quite steep. This property is situated along a main road, please be aware there may be road noise. Sorry no smoking.
