This semi-detached cottage is set over three floors and has three bedrooms including two doubles and a second-floor twin with an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room and a kitchen, while outside, you can find a front garden and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however this is a smoke-free home. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and you can find the nearest shop 0.3 miles away and the nearest pub 0.1 miles away. Note: There are 15 stone steps up to the front door, however there is a handrail and outdoor lights. Note: The second-floor twin bedroom has restricted head height, please take care. Haulfryn is a character cottage for a lovely break in North Wales.
Dolwyddelan, in the Lledr Valley at the foot of Moel Siabod in Snowdonia National Park and 6 miles from Betws-y-Coed, is a great base for exploring this wonderful mountain region. On the village's outskirts is the 13th-century Dolwyddelan Castle, whose battlements offer spectacular views. The railway line along the valley makes it easy to combine a walk with a train ride. The Afon Lledr offers sea trout and salmon fishing, and Betws-y-Coed's 9-hole course welcomes visitors. Dolwyddelan has a general shopand two pubs offering food, and Blaenau Ffestiniog, and Llanrwst are also within easy reach.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Bannau Brychein (Brecon Beacons) National Park and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
