The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with an electric oven, gas hob, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six and a sitting area with electric fire and Smart TV. There is also an external utility with a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV, a ground-floor double and a twin bedroom with a TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Apologies, no smoking. Within 1.7 miles there is a shop and within 2.8 miles, a pub. A charming escape awaits at Bryn Derw.

Caernarfon (Gwynedd county town) is a historic and culturally significant town in North Wales. With its spectacular 13th-century castle, well-preserved town walls, and lovely lake front, it is a popular tourist destination. There are guided tours of the castle available during the season, as well as unique events such as historical pageants. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which runs through stunning terrain, via Beddgelert hamlet, and on to Porthmadog.
