Llanidloes is a market town resting on the eastern slopes of the Cambrian Mountains with access to the wonderful scenery of the Welsh/Shropshire border. Within the town you will find a plethora of places to eat and drink, as well as shops making it a great base for touring the area. Within the surrounding area, you will find opportunities for with walking, cycling, riding, fishing, tennis, golf, swimming and shooting. Attractions within the area include Powis Castle (National Trust), with its world famous gardens and the the Shropshire towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury.
