Elwin House is a large, three-storey property just down the road from the beach in Cromer, Norfolk. The property is set over three floors and offers nine bedrooms: a family room with double and single bed, a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, another second-floor double, a double with en-suite shower and basin, a further double, three second-floor twins and a single, sleeping 18 guests. The property also hosts a second-floor bathroom, a shower room with separate WC, a first-floor cloakroom, a utility with WC and washing machine, a kitchen/diner, breakfast room and two sitting rooms. Outside there is a small balcony and patio area. There is off street parking in the rear forecourt of Elwin House for a minimum of 2 cars. Customers can also park in Alfred Road, it has no restrictions or yellow lines. Elwin House is great for family or group gatherings in the centre of Cromer. Arrivals Friday and Monday only. Friday arrivals 3 or 7 nights. Monday arrivals 4 nights.
