Hosting four bedrooms; on the first floor there is a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a double with en-suite shower, while on the second floor there is a super-king-size and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to eight people. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and a first floor sitting room. Two wee-behaved dogs welcome, extra charges of GBP20 apply per dog. To the outside there is off-road parking for two cars. Laurel House is a special retreat for a getaway with friends and family.
Whitby is situated at the mouth of the River Esk and is well placed for touring this scenic region of Yorkshire. It is a lively town with a quaint harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps. The beauty of Robin Hood's Bay is close by, as is the beach town of Scarborough and the picturesque landscapes of the North York Moors National Park.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
