5 Quay Court is a stunning, contemporary property for a getaway in Cornwall. The property includes a second-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and balcony, and a lower-ground-floor basement utility. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower, a ground-floor double with access to the terrace, a twin, and a ground-floor adult bunk room, plus a ground-floor shower room and a main bathroom. Outside there is a third-floor rooftop terrace with rattan furniture. Off-road parking for two cars. A shop, pub and beach are all within 0.5 miles. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Pets and children must be supervised on rooftop and balcony. Basement utility is accessed by external stone staircase - can be slippery when wet . Check in time is 4pm, check out time 10am. No stag, hen or similar. Note: From Mid June to the end of September check ins must be on a Saturday for a full week. This property accepts 2 pets at £25 per pet. Please Note: There potentially will be scaffolding up during the month of August.

With its zoo, sea life centre, and diverse array of restaurants and pubs, the town offers promises a memorable vacation. The South West Coast Path runs in both directions along a magnificent coastline with towering cliffs, secret bays, and additional beaches for avid walkers. Padstow, a charming harbour, and fishing village is only 14 miles distant, while Truro, with its museums, church, restaurants, and cobblestone streets, as well as the Eden Project, is only 30 minutes away. St Ives, with the Tate St Ives gallery, is less than an hour distant by car or train. In fact, because Newquay is so close to everything in Cornwall, it's the ideal travelling base.
