There is an additional shower room located on the ground-floor. The interior is complete with an impressive kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside there is a multi-level garden with a terrace and lawned area featuring a solar panelled heated outdoor swimming pool available from Mid May to September. Just a stone’s throw away lie the towns of Exmouth and Torquay, whilst further inland the Dartmoor National Park makes for a great day out.
