There is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is a private garden with seating and access to the shared castle grounds, while off-road parking is available. South Lodge is a lovely rustic abode settled among historic grounds on the outskirts of Forres town.
Forres is a small and historic town resting in the Highland's county of Moray, home to a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, museums, castles, gardens, and the Malt Whisky Trail. Nearby are the attractions of Cawdor and Brodie Castles, Culloden Battlefield and Fort George, as well as Findhorn beach and Califer Hill Viewpoint. Forres is a lovely rural getaway escape for a fantastic holiday.
