This detached house has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area 14 guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. Amenities include an electric double oven, steam oven, gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. There are six bedrooms: two king-size with en-suite showers, two king-size, second-floor twin, and second-floor twin with trundles, along with a bathroom, second-floor shower room, and ground-floor wet room. To the front, there is a raised decking with furniture and off-road parking for four cars, and to the rear, an enclosed multi-level garden with hot tub and furniture. Within 0.4 miles, there is a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.6, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. A cot and two highchairs are available. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but please, no smoking. Note: A luxury hamper is provided. Enjoy sea views and beach days with your loved ones at Ty Ni. Guests can sign in to use their own Netflix account.

Try sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating with expert instruction. Dylan Thomas wrote "Quite Early One Morning" in New Quay and you can follow his trail around town. Aberaeron is 7 miles away and has colourful cottages, restaurants, and inns. This area of Wales has beautiful sandy beaches, countryside walks, and the Devil's Bridge, known for its three bridges, narrow gauge steam railway, and cascading waterfalls. A year-round vacation haven.
