The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen containing an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and wine cooler, a dining area with seating for eight people, and a sitting area with Sky TV, a Bluetooth speaker and selection of books and games, alongside a separate utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and, and off-road parking for 3 cars. Within 4.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.6, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however there is an additional charge of £25 for a second dog. 2 x highchairs and 2 x stairgates available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lake View is a truly special holiday home for a family gathering in Devon. Note: Check-in is at 4.00pm, check-out by 10.00am. Lapford is a charming, mediaeval village nestled between the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor in rural mid-Devon. With moors, beaches, and magnificent Devon countryside to explore, the mid-Devon location has it all. The 16th-century pub and nearby SPAR shop makes for a tranquil base and relaxing holiday. Lapford is a historic village at its heart, with roots dating back to the Iron Age Celts and a mention in the Domesday Book.
