The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a shower room. Outside there is a shared garden with sun deck and heated swimming pool, along with off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles there is a pub and within 2.8 miles, a beach. Rose Cottage is a delightful dwelling for touring Devon. Please note, the sundeck and swimming pool is available from the middle of May to the middle of September only.
Situated within Devon, close to the coast is the idyllic village of Marldon. Within this small, yet well-appointed area you will find a local pub, serving food and a Post Office with a general shop. For days out, you can drive out to the seaside town of Paignton, where you will find a sandy beach with a charming pier. Further afield, is the town of Torquay, which plays host to a number of amenities and attractions.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
