The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and two ground-floor twins, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, there is a multi-level garden accessed via the first floor with lawn, decking, a pond and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Gather your family in Shangri-La for a coastal break in Devon. Note: The rear garden has a non-enclosed pond, children and dogs must be supervised. Note: One ground-floor twin is two single beds separated by a clear, sliding door.
