The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and an adult-bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with patio and furniture and an enclosed side garden with lawn and a bench, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub and please note two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 3 Penllan Cottages is a peaceful dwelling, ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of North Wales. Note: The parking is located on a shared driveway, please use the space provided as to not block in the neighbours. Note: There are some low ceilings and doorways, please take care

Llanasa is a small rural village approximately 3 miles from the coast of Prestatyn and 25 miles from the historic city of Chester. Llanasa offers a popular Inn, restaurant, church and village hall. Nearby, the seaside resort of Prestatyn, offers an array of beaches, shopping facilities, a leisure centre, a golf club and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Further afield is the seaside resort of Colwyn Bay, where you can take a walk down the promenade and indulge in some fish and chips beside the sea or even take a train to Chester for the day and explore!
