The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV, and a garden room. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a twin, and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear patio with furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, and the beach in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. The Crescent Escape is well-positioned to enjoy the coast of Conwy. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property. Note: A welcome pack is provided, offering a taste of local produce. There is much to keep everyone busy because it is located in the shadow of the Bryn Euryn and has Penrhyn Bay to the west and Colwyn Bay to the east. Visitors who are feeling fit can scale Bryn Euryn's 365 feet to see the intriguing hill fort "Dinerth" at the top, while others who prefer a more leisurely stroll can wander down the promenade and enjoy the stunning views of the Irish Sea. Spend the day at Colwyn Bay's beach taking advantage of the many water sports offered by Port Eirias, where you can rent boats, kayaks, and windsurfers.
