The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining seating for six people, a TV, and a ground-floor utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and two twins, one of which is arranged with a trundle, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Visitors who are feeling fit can scale Bryn Euryn's 365 feet to see the intriguing hill fort "Dinerth" at the top, while others who prefer a more leisurely stroll can wander down the promenade and enjoy the stunning views of the Irish Sea. Spend the day at Colwyn Bay's beach taking advantage of the many water sports offered by Port Eirias, where you can rent boats, kayaks, and windsurfers.
