The cottage contains five bedrooms: one super-king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, one super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, two super-king-size (zip/link, twin available on request) and one super-king-size. The family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The ground floor hosts a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC, a kitchen/diner, utility and two sitting room. Heating is power by gas with partial underfloor heating in all bathrooms and kitchen amenities include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests have access to two Smart TVs, Playstation, WiFi and pool table for entertainment. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in rent. Outside there is off-road parking for five cars and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. There is a garage with a shop 0.6 miles away, whilst the nearest pub is 0.8 miles away. Crooklands Cottage is the perfect space to host a large family or group gathering with the delights of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales within easy reach.
Crooklands is located in the middle of the three towns of Kendal, Kirkby Lonsdale and Milnthorpe. It has a pub/hotel and is within walking distance of the Lancaster Canal. Only five miles away, Kendal is known for its yards, tiny alleyways, historic buildings, Kendal Mint Cake, and the distinctive Quaker Tapestry. The area has a lot to offer, including manor houses, wildlife parks, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales all easily accessible from Crooklands.
