There are two bedrooms: one king-size and one twin. Bathroom on the ground floor with bath, shower, basin, and WC. Kitchen. A dining room and a sitting room. Central heating with natural gas. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher are all electric. There is also WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. On-street parking is available. A small fenced-in back garden with a patio and seating. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The beach is 0.2 miles away, and there is a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. Please keep in mind that the internal steps are quite steep.
