The living areas in the main house include an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with a range cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, two dining areas and a sitting area. There is also a utility, a sitting room with a 65" Smart TV and woodburning stove, an orangery with seating and a woodburning stove, and an external games room with table tennis and darts. The bedrooms consist of a first floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. The annex features an open-plan living space with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and kettle and a sitting area with a sofa bed and a woodburning stove. There is also a double bedroom in the annexe with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a large, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, veranda, fire pit and furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 6.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter packs for woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
