There is a ground-floor super-king-size bedroom with Smart TV along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with lawn, decking, furniture, hot tub and barbecue, and roadside parking is available just a short walk from the property on a first come, first serve basis, along with a parking garage on site for one car. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at this property. Please be aware that due to the property’s location that some road noise may be heard. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. roadclyst is a delightful village resting in the centre of the National Trust Killerton estate, resting between Exeter and Broadhembury.
